Job Title: Residential Building Operations Manager

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain project schedules and budgets, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Manage teams of contractors and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, business administration).
  • 2-3 years of experience in residential building operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
