About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residential builds meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule trades and services to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
  • Lead a nimble on-site and admin team, setting and tracking KPIs to drive performance
  • Develop and implement Maintenance/Warranty targets, aligning with Victorian Standards and BCA's for defect rectification

Liaise with clients regarding maintenance requirements for homes within the warranty period, reviewing reports to ensure prompt resolution.

About You:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and accuracy skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working well under pressure
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
