Job Title: Client Manager

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in owners corporation management and possess good O/C legislative knowledge, versatility, and problem-solving skills.

  • Committee Operations including meetings
  • AGM Operations including chairing of meetings
  • Conduct onsite audits and inspections
  • Contractor Supervision
  • Client Communications

Remuneration would be negotiable subject to your experience. A minimum of at least 1 year of experience in this or a similar role is required.

  • Effective committee operations, including planning and execution of meetings
  • Lead the way in AGM operations, ensuring smooth chairing of meetings
  • Carry out thorough onsite audits and inspections
  • Supervise contractors with professionalism and expertise
  • Establish strong client relationships through clear communication
