Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Residential Life Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing the implementation of general, academic, and social activities within a residential community.

As a Senior Residential Life Coordinator, you will contribute to creating a positive and inclusive environment for residents. You will plan events, set schedules, and monitor budgets to ensure effective outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and leading community-building initiatives
  • Planning and implementing events and programs
  • Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitoring expenses and ensuring budgetary management
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance community initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree qualification in community building and management or education
  • Extensive relevant experience working with young adults in a tertiary residential support environment
  • Or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training

Work will typically be performed 12 midday to 8pm Monday - Friday, with occasional overtime and out-of-hours work required.
