Business Risk Management Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of risk management solutions across the organization. As a Business Risk Management Specialist, you will partner with various business units and make an impact by supporting the delivery of risk management programs.

You will contribute to reporting of audit actions, fraud incidents, and overall program reporting to executives. You will also have the opportunity to participate in running risk assessment workshops together with the Risk Manager.

The role encompasses analyzing data, developing training materials, and delivering risk competency training. You will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the Risk Program by supporting and improving systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to reporting of the program to executives and Audit Committee (ARC)
  • Support and assist Risk Champions across business units
  • Develop and deliver training materials and risk competency training
  • Continuously improve the Risk Program by supporting and improving systems and processes

Requirements:

  • Experience in risk and/or business continuity environment
  • Analytical, numerical, and Excel skills to utilize data and reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data
