Job Title: Business Analyst

This is a critical role that will support the transformation of how risk management practices are executed across various business operations.

The position of Business Analyst drives the integration of financial and operational risk systems, including the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform, with a strong focus on delivering efficiency and consistency in risk mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify all financial and operational risk systems in use across different business units, including international offices.
  • Assess and document integration opportunities across existing risk systems.
  • Support and coordinate the integration of risk systems, particularly the GRC platform.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior/ Business Analyst in system integration or automation projects, ideally within risk or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of risk management systems and frameworks.
  • Experience with GRC platforms and/or enterprise risk tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience working in multi-office or international environments is desirable.
