Job Description

In this key leadership role, you will oversee a small team of occupational therapists, providing supervision, clinical advice, and training sessions to support their professional development. You will work closely with the director to suggest quality improvement initiatives and oversee the planning and execution of school holiday programs.

You will also work directly with Paediatric NDIS and private clientele presenting with sensory processing and neurodiverse conditions, applying your expertise to create tailored therapy plans that foster growth and empowerment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy;
  • 5 years of experience in the industry, with a focus on paediatrics;
  • AHPRA registration and unrestricted working rights in Australia;
  • A driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
