We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Therapy Mentor, driving clinical excellence and growth across our Queensland hubs.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior clinician to lead by example, mentoring teams and implementing evidence-based disability practices. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for achieving clinical targets, providing input into therapy plans, and promoting the Everyday Independence Clinical Model.

A competitive salary package, including $95,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus benefits such as flexible working options, car allowance, and wellbeing days, makes this a compelling opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your expertise to drive clinical excellence and innovation across our Queensland hubs
  • Mentor and support teams to implement evidence-based practice, ensuring high-quality services for our participants
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, promoting our clinical model and values
  • Analyse and present statistical data to inform business decisions and drive outcomes
Requirements
  • Demonstrated extensive experience in Occupational Therapy, preferably in community-based settings
  • Tertiary-qualified degree in Occupational Therapy, with current registration with AHPRA for clinical work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build relationships and influence others
  • Knowledge of contemporary therapy practices and services, with commitment to ongoing learning and development
