Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to support the Executive Manager and Service Owner of our Mortgages Credit Risk squad in optimizing mortgage credit policy and managing change initiatives.

The role will collaborate with the Credit Risk team, Product village, and broader business teams to ensure effective credit risk portfolio management and appetite is maintained.

This leader will help establish and strengthen best practice approaches to credit risk management, processes, engagement, change, and execution, supporting our customer-focused strategy.
