The position of Financial Accounts Manager is a critical role within our team, accountable for overseeing the financial records of commercial properties on behalf of clients across Brisbane CBD and the Gold Coast.

Working closely with senior management, you will utilize your exceptional organizational and communication skills to deliver high standards in financial accounts management.

We are seeking an experienced Property Trust Accountant and Bookkeeper who is proficient in Cirrus8 property software and possesses a solid understanding of financial acumen.

You will be responsible for:

  • Daily receipting of Trust Account Transactions, reconciling etc
  • Vendor Payments (approved by Senior Management)
  • Compiling and sending AP invoices to Clients
  • Processing rent reviews
  • Preparing standing charges for approval
  • Processing standing charges and sending to tenants
  • Invoicing of ad-hoc invoices: electricity/water/air/key deposits
  • Preparing owner report notes for EOM reports and issuing to owners
  • Budgets and Reconciliations

Key skills and experience include:

  • Property Trust Accountant and Bookkeeping experience
  • Cirrus8 property software experience
