Job Opportunity

Care Connect is seeking dedicated Homecare Support Workers to provide in-home support to Aged Care clients in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver essential services including domestic duties, personal grooming & hygiene assistance, medication reminders, food shopping, menu planning, meal preparation and mobility assistance within the home and local community.
  • Provide care and support to clients, prioritising their well-being at all times.
Requirements:
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability or Home and Community Care (or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others.
  • Driver's licence and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
  • First Aid and CPR certificate necessary for commencement.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, active listening skills, and be able to work independently.

Positions available are casual or permanent part-time with guaranteed minimum hours of 16 or 20 per week, paid travel time and kilometres, and access to NFP Salary Packaging benefits.
