Senior Contract Lead

About the Role:
A leading professional services organization is seeking a Senior Contract Lead to oversee high-profile clients and complex technology-driven engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead contract management teams across large, complex projects.
- Advise senior leadership on account strategy, risk management, and commercial opportunities.
- Negotiate, draft, and manage a wide range of agreements.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve commercial and contractual risks.
- Engage in pre-award sales activities and support deal shaping.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships at executive level.
- Coach, mentor, and develop contract management staff across multiple projects.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years' experience in contract management.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams across projects or geographies.
- Proven experience working on contracts involving government or public sector clients.
- Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance.
- Strong understanding of commercial contracting regulations, principles, and subcontracting practices.
- Demonstrated success in managing compliance risks, investigations, and reporting to senior leadership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative, inclusive approach and the ability to work effectively across cultures in a global environment.
