Lead Contract Management Specialist

A Contract Specialist Manager is a critical role within the organization responsible for leading contract management, negotiations, and risk mitigation on large-scale projects.
Main Responsibilities- Direct and oversee contract management teams across multiple projects, collaborating closely with leadership and stakeholders to understand client needs and priorities.
- Develop and support the growth of contract management staff, fostering performance management and team development across projects.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve commercial and contractual risks through collaboration with senior leadership to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Engage in pre-award activities, assist with deal structuring, negotiate commercial and contractual terms with sales teams and business leaders, including contract drafting support.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred for career advancement.
- Membership: Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) or other relevant certifications are highly valued.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a contract manager with exposure to complex deals and proven team leadership expertise.
