Job Title: Facility Operations Manager

  • This is a full-time role.

Job Summary:

As a key member of our operations team, you will oversee the delivery of facilities management services across multiple sites. Your primary focus will be on ensuring reliable and consistent delivery of operational plans.

Key responsibilities include coordinating maintenance activities, managing tasks and timelines, mitigating risks to buildings and users, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

You will work closely with stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and deliver exceptional results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential qualifications and skills for this role include:

  • Proven experience in facilities management with a focus on stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
  • Strong background in managing diverse property portfolios and delivering workplace experiences.
  • Awareness of workplace health and safety regulations, including the OH&S Act 2000, ISO and EQUIP standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience managing complex delivery models and leading diverse teams.
