Job Title: Multisite Facility Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multisite Facility Manager to oversee the delivery of facilities management services across multiple sites in Western Australia and South Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and take on a key leadership role, driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless delivery of facilities management services.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing FM teams, with experience in stakeholder management, building relationships, and delivering results. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, employees, and stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee maintenance services, including coordinating specialized trades and ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Manage and ensure quality control of all hard FM activities, including environmental and health and safety management
  • Mitigate risk to buildings by ensuring facilities are fit-for-purpose and meet regulatory requirements
  • Manage safety, quality, and environmental aspects of facilities management services
  • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to drive operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders through effective communication and stakeholder engagement

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Awareness of workplace health & safety regulations and standards (e.g. OH&S Act 2000, ISO)
  • Police Criminal History check and willingness to undergo further checks as required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
