Job OverviewThis leadership role oversees fleet operations and facility management, requiring strategic thinking and hands-on asset management expertise.
- Manage all aspects of fleet operations, including procurement, maintenance, compliance and lifecycle planning.
- Evaluate budgets, forecasts, and reports to support informed decision making.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits on all assets to maintain fleet performance.
- Ensure accurate forecasting for financial requirements through capex and disposal activities.
- Record and maintain registers of all commercial leases, operational facilities, motor vehicles and mobile equipment.
- Optimize asset life through preventative maintenance schedules for facilities and assets.
- Mentor and support a team of coordinators and administrators.
- Certificate in Fleet Management, Facilities Operations, or Project Management preferred
- Extensive experience in fleet and facilities management across multiple sites
- Knowledge in coordinating buildings, facilities, motor vehicle fleets and asset management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships
- Proven track record in leading and developing teams
