Customer Service Expert

Job Description:

This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering relationships, and driving growth opportunities. As a Customer Service Expert, you will oversee a regional portfolio and manage the customer order life-cycle, from order entry to stock transfers and modifications.

  • Manage orders effectively, ensuring timely handling of inbound customer calls and accurate order entry.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries related to order status, stock availability, and delivery timelines through various communication channels.
  • Investigate and process stock returns and credit requests promptly, taking responsibility for resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align customer goals with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience operating in a customer centre environment, with direct order entry, customer call taking, sales team/site liaisoning, and reporting experience.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
