Job Description

The role of a Regional Portfolio Leader is to oversee and manage a portfolio of venues across Regional Victoria. This leadership position requires an experienced professional who can thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, drive growth, elevate customer experience, and build high-performing teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive venue growth by partnering with Venue Managers to deliver sales growth, shape quarterly sales strategies, and ensure menu innovation and product performance.
  • Champion exceptional service, embed best-practice SOPs, and audit venues monthly to maintain a 4.5+ star rating.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Venue Managers, focusing on progression through our Advance programs.
  • Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance targets are achieved across your patch.
  • Engage with teams, working at least 2 operational shifts per week to support, guide, and lead by example.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven multi-site leadership experience within hospitality.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of lifting sales performance.
  • A people-focused leader who builds trust, develops talent, and drives accountability.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for hospitality and creating memorable customer experiences.
