Job Title: Food And Beverage Duty Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food and Beverage Duty Manager to support the day-to-day operations across our food and beverage outlets and conference & events spaces.

This hands-on role focuses on ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and supporting the wider leadership team. The successful candidate will play a key part in delivering memorable guest experiences, supporting the team on the floor, and upholding service standards throughout each shift.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure daily food & beverage service runs smoothly across outlets and events, guaranteeing guests leave happy
  • Work with Supervisors to support the team on the floor with hands-on training around customer service, including knowledge of menus, dietary needs, and drinks
  • Support the team with guest interactions, resolving issues, and handling feedback quickly
  • Maintain accurate billing for guests and oversee stock control and stock take
  • Uphold grooming and hygiene standards within the team
  • Collaborate closely with the Kitchen & Front of House teams to ensure seamless service flow
  • Be a champion for team development through ongoing coaching and training
