This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work with our Disciplinary panels, investigating professional conduct complaints and breaches of the Code of Ethics.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate complaints initiated by the Professional Conduct Committee and members of the public
- Prepare matters for committee meetings and disciplinary proceedings
- Communicate with relevant parties on complaints and progress
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical obligations
- Assist in training disciplinary panel members
