About the Role

This role offers the chance to work closely with directors, lead your own projects, and engage with creative professionals who value engineering insight. You will be involved in concept design through to delivery on projects where your input makes a visible impact.

  • Solid exposure to architecturally designed buildings
  • A degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Australian Standards and local council regulations
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for high-quality engineering

We are seeking a capable and ambitious Intermediate or Senior Structural Design Engineer ready to take that next step. You will thrive in this role if you can think on your feet, are solutions-focused, and enjoy collaborating with design-conscious clients and colleagues.
