Structural Integrity Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Integrity Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role that requires the ability to assess structural integrity, develop repair strategies, and prepare detailed reports.

  • Conducting site inspections and performing structural analysis to identify potential issues.
  • Coordinating with contractors to ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Structural Assessment and Repair Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of structures to identify areas requiring repair or reinforcement.
  • Site Inspections and Contractor Coordination: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure projects are progressing as planned and coordinate with contractors to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Structural Analysis and Regulatory Compliance: Perform detailed analyses of structural systems to identify potential weaknesses and ensure compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Structural Analysis and Detailing: A strong background in structural analysis and detailing, including experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Skills in Technical Report Preparation and Repair Strategies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise technical reports and develop effective repair strategies.
  • Proficiency in Site Inspections and Project Management: Proven ability to conduct thorough site inspections and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Building Codes, Standards, and Regulatory Requirements: In-depth knowledge of local building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements, including national and international building codes.
