About the Role:

As a key player in our client relationships, you will manage and monitor assigned clients through regular check-ins and annual reviews. You will also collaborate with internal teams and third-party professionals to deliver holistic financial support.

The Role:

Location: Southport, Gold Coast

Type: Full-time, mostly on-site, Monday – Friday (9am-5pm, but must be flexible for occasional nights and weekends), WFH flexibility available post-probation

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor an assigned client base through monthly check-ins and annual reviews
  • Hold clients accountable to their financial strategy and progress
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party professionals to deliver holistic financial support
  • Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and ensure timely rate reviews
  • Maintain accurate, compliant client records

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, ideally involving virtual check-ins, coaching, or accountability support
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organisational ability
  • Comfortable working autonomously and adapting to flexible hours
  • Positive attitude, initiative, and commitment to high ethical and professional standards
