Are you a customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We have an exciting opportunity for Casual Waitstaff and Baristas to join our team.
About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated individuals who share our vision of providing outstanding service to our customers. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience at our venues.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to customers in a fast-paced environment.
- To work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in our food and beverage outlets.
- To be able to work effectively as part of a team and take initiative to resolve any issues that may arise during service.
Requirements
- A current NSW RSA competency card is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role is preferred but not necessary.
- Coffee making skills are a bonus, but training will be provided.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shift times, including early mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
- Availability to work Weekends during the busy Christmas season.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of $26.00 - $42.00.
