As a Used Vehicles Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service throughout the sales to delivery process.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, actively prospecting for new clients to expand the customer base.
- Implement a follow-up system that encourages repeat business and generates leads.
- Maximize every sales opportunity by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and contributing to the achievement of sales volume and profitability goals.
- Stay updated on the latest product features, benefits, and updates across various models or series, enabling confident and informed communication with customers.
- Prior experience in automotive sales is highly desirable, with a proven track record of hitting targets and delivering results.
