Job Overview:
Customer Experience RepresentativeWe are seeking a skilled customer experience representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers.
Your key responsibilities will include qualifying inbound enquiries, directing them to the appropriate business units, and maintaining an excellent level of customer service. You will also be required to prequalify sales opportunities, record detailed notes in our system, and enter customer data across multiple platforms.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You will also need to be highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Computer literacy and basic administration skills are essential, as well as customer service experience preferably gained in a call centre environment with a sales focus.
