**Customer Service Representative - Immediate Opportunity**
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone or in-person
- Building strong relationships with customers through face-to-face and phone interactions
- Processing customer orders, credits and quotes
- Maintaining accurate records of sales, stock and customer interactions
- Cash handling duties including cash, EFTPOS and cheques
- General housekeeping of the trade store counter and packing areas
- Previous customer service experience is highly desirable but not essential
- A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills are required for this role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career in a dynamic company.
**Job Type**: Casual
**Schedule:**
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
