About the Role:

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an additional Project Manager to strengthen the team and support a diverse portfolio of commercial landscape construction projects across the Perth Metro area and beyond. In this role, you will work closely with developers, councils, and Tier 1 & 2 builders to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple landscape construction projects
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources with a focus on efficiency and accountability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Provide clear reporting and updates to internal and external partners
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and industry regulations
• Support and develop project teams to achieve high-performance outcomes

About You:

We're looking for a Project Manager who is:

• A qualified Project Management professional with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience
• An effective communicator who builds strong, client-facing relationships
• Confident in managing contract-driven environments with developers, councils, and Tier 1 & 2 builders
• Skilled in MS Project and Microsoft Office applications
• Commercially astute, adaptable, and motivated to contribute to a growing team
• Committed to upholding a positive safety culture
• Supportive and collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth
