Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee a portfolio of service residences, ensuring contractual obligations and expected standards are met.

This role involves managing occupant and landlord interactions, maintenance, and other property-related matters within agreed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Responsibilities include conducting property inspections, identifying occupant liability, coordinating preparation of properties for incoming occupants, arranging maintenance services, raising work orders, monitoring progress, and authorising payment upon completion.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and updating DHA systems efficiently, responding to internal and external customer enquiries, and contributing to the development, coaching, and training of team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of service residences, meeting contractual obligations and expected standards.
  • Conduct property inspections, identify occupant liability, and coordinate preparation of properties for incoming occupants.
  • Arrange maintenance services, raise work orders, monitor progress, and authorise payment upon completion.
  • Manage and update DHA systems efficiently, responding to internal and external customer enquiries.
  • Contribute to the development, coaching, and training of team members.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in property management or a related field.

Additional requirements include holding a valid Driver Licence and being eligible to complete a Baseline Vetting security clearance for consideration by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA).
