About the Role

As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of service residences. This includes managing occupant and landlord interactions, maintenance, and other property-related matters within agreed procedures.

You will conduct property inspections, identify potential issues, and coordinate preparation of properties for incoming occupants. You will also identify and arrange necessary services, raise work orders, monitor progress, and authorise payment upon completion.

This role requires a proactive approach to resolving complex matters and responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner. You will also contribute to the development, coaching, and training of team members in partnership with stakeholders.
