Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Adelaide on a permanent, full-time basis.

This role reports directly to the Customer Service Team Lead and requires you to utilise your excellent customer service experience to build strong relationships with customers, work closely with technicians on scheduling appointments, and make outgoing calls to promote our products and services.

  • Take responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction by responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Proactively contact existing customers to promote our products and services, leveraging your communication skills to drive sales growth.
  • Demonstrate empathy and active listening skills when interacting with customers via phone or email, providing a high level of service that meets their expectations.
  • Accurately schedule appointments for residential customers, paying close attention to detail and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Convert incoming enquiries into sales opportunities by utilising your exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal skills.
  • Meet sales targets and deadlines while working effectively as part of a team and independently.
