About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at MyBudget, you will be part of a team that supports our clients based across Australia. This is not a typical contact centre role; each time you take a call from one of our valued clients, you have the ability to positively impact someone's life for the better. Your friendly and empathetic approach will be on display at all times, as you develop and nurture meaningful relationships with our clients, providing them with personal budgeting support and empowering them to live a life free from money worries.

Responsibilities

  • High level of computer literacy
  • Adaptability and ability to learn new applications and concepts
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts Monday to Friday between 07:00-18:00

Hybrid Working Setup

Our Client Service Officers enjoy the flexibility of being based permanently in our offices in Adelaide or working a shift rota of two weeks from home and one week in the office. At this time we are only seeking full-time candidates who can work both early and late shifts Monday to Friday, together with occasional national public holidays (overtime applies). Shifts commence at either 7:00am or 9:30am.

Please note: The first six months will be based in our office at 122 Frome Street to fully understand the role, our clients and our culture.
