About the Job The HR Coordinator reports to the HR Director and is an active member of the HR Team, providing support across the entire employee lifecycle, including administration, recruitment, employee engagement/relations, performance, compensation, benefits and learning.
Responsibilities Recruitment - Coordinate recruitment processes including advertising, screening candidates, interviewing, conducting reference checks and offering roles.Employee Relations - provide employees with advice on policies and procedures, and support the resolution of minor ER issues.Employee Engagement - organize engagement activities and events, such as our Values Day and Team Building activities.
Be an active participant in our Clarins DEI and Health and Safety committees.HR Administration - Own the administrative elements of HR, including the HR Inbox, HR Information System (SuccessFactors), reporting and compliance.Employee Lifecycle - manage onboarding and offboarding, support annual initiatives (e.g. compensation reviews, performance reviews and learning and development programs).
