The company is focused on transforming the food supply chain to eliminate waste and help feed the world. As a Business Services Coordinator at Lineage Logistics, you will be part of this transformation journey.

The role is based at the Laverton facility in Melbourne, Australia, and the primary focus will be to support a small team of administrators and customer service team members across revenue management and customer onboarding activities.

The roster for this role is Tuesday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting processes and systems relative to revenue management
  • Supporting the Business Services Manager and team with claims management process
  • Supporting various invoicing activity, including updating rate cards to mitigate revenue leakage
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of SOPs
  • Providing internal and external customers with accurate and timely reporting
  • Supporting the onboarding of new customers
  • Making sound decisions to enhance performance and mitigate risk to the business
  • Continually reviewing processes to improve efficiencies and effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the industry
  • Qualifications in Business, Administration, Finance, or similar
  • Experience leading a team
  • An excellent understanding of and experience implementing safety procedures, product safety initiatives, quality, and legal regulations
  • Impressive customer service credentials
  • IT proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally WMS and/or TMS
