Workforce Planning and Analytics Lead

Job DescriptionThis is a full-time ongoing role involving talent management, employee relations, HR reporting, and other responsibilities. The company offers hybrid work options, a supportive and inclusive work environment, and opportunities for professional development and career progression.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Management: Partner with the People and Culture team to develop and review workforce plans, enhance onboarding and offboarding processes, and support performance reviews to attract and retain top talent.
- HRIS and Employee Lifecycle: Oversee the administration of employee lifecycle processes, including contracts, onboarding, and compliance, while continuously improving system functionality.
- Employee and Industrial Relations: Support managers in performance leadership, case management, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies.
- Cultural Alignment: Assist in implementing engagement surveys, supporting leaders in integrating culture into business processes, and driving cultural initiatives.
- Risk Management: Provide expert HR advice on disciplinary matters, investigations, and legislative compliance to protect our brand and workforce.
- Policy and Procedure: Ensure policies and procedures meet legislative requirements and reflect company values.
- Change Management: Facilitate change initiatives, providing guidance on project planning and communications.
- Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or related field, or equivalent professional training and industry experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in business partnering roles and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Sound understanding of employment law and relevant legislation.
- Proven experience in interpretation and application of Industrial Instruments.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in aged care or health care settings is highly desirable.
