This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive best practices in recruitment while overseeing data-driven insights on hiring trends, workforce analytics, and employee retention.

You'll spearhead strategic projects to enhance our EVP, workforce capability, and address skill gaps, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles at the right time.

About You

  • You're an experienced leader in workforce planning and talent acquisition, with a track record of developing innovative workforce strategies.
  • You bring strong stakeholder engagement skills – Ability to influence senior leadership and drive change.
  • You have people leadership experience – Proven ability to manage and mentor a high-performing team.
  • You are data-driven in your decision-making – Experience in workforce analytics and strategic reporting.
