We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This role is critical to our success, and you'll play a vital part in:

  • Sourcing top talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conducting thorough assessments of candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit via phone and video screenings.
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CANDIDATES TO UNDERSTAND THEIR CAREER GOALS AND OBJECTIVES.
  • Collaborating closely with client account managers to align candidate profiles with client needs and expectations.
  • Maintaining a robust talent pipeline for current and future opportunities.
