The Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Team Leader to drive our recruitment process and shape how we attract, onboard, and retain top talent.

  • Develop and implement end-to-end talent acquisition strategies that align with our organisational needs.
  • Partner with leaders to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the team.
  • Coach and upskill the People & Culture team to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee agency partnerships and data-driven insights to inform future-ready workforce planning.
