  • Develops culturally aligned workforce strategies to meet organisational needs
  • Partners with leaders to align recruitment processes
  • Coaches and upskills the People & Culture team
  • Oversees end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and agency partnerships
Requirements:
  • Excellent relationship builder with strong communication skills

  • Good understanding of workforce costs and decision-making
