About this role

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop data transformation pipelines using OMOP CDM, FHIR, and other standards.

The successful candidate will support integration of clinical research data from platforms such as Oracle Clinical One and LabMatrix.

They will collaborate with software and data engineers to enable robust data harmonisation.

This includes extending data models to represent biobank and animal model samples.

The ideal candidate will also build capabilities for real-time data exchange with electronic medical record (eMR) systems.

Additionally, they will contribute to national and international collaborations to improve health data interoperability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop data transformation pipelines using OMOP CDM, FHIR, and other standards.

- Support integration of clinical research data from platforms such as Oracle Clinical One and LabMatrix.

- Collaborate with software and data engineers to enable robust data harmonisation.

- Extend data models to represent biobank and animal model samples.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
