Job Title: Data Information Specialist

About the Role:

We are expanding our Mineral Resources Training System team and seeking a skilled Data Information Specialist to support our ongoing growth for training operations.

This specialist will report directly to the Training Systems Manager and primary responsibilities include conducting regular audits and configuration work, as well as larger project assignments at the direction of the team lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validating and auditing data rows and associated resources at the direction of the team lead.
  • Facilitating responses and liaison to client requested configuration changes or queries.
  • Developing client requested resources and reports extracted from various systems.
  • Engaging with clients of varying roles to ensure effective implementation and maintenance of training systems.
  • Tracking various processes involving resource and system maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a data related field or 2 years' experience with INX or similar platform.
  • Experience using training related systems.
  • Experience with INX modules, specifically InTuition.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Power Query.
  • Exposure to statistics or data driven strategy and direction.
  • Initiative to undertake independent work.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and 'code switch' between technical and colloquial interactions.
