Job Description

As a Demand Planner, you will play a pivotal role in our organisation's growth and success. You will be responsible for forecasting demand, collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure inventory is optimally allocated, and driving strategic planning and performance reporting.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and reliable demand forecasts using historical data and market insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance demand planning efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Business or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Demand or Supply Planning, preferably within the Healthcare or FMCG industry.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and other forecasting tools.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
