As the Asset Coordinator in the Commercial and Industrial (C&I) Customers Team, you will be responsible for coordinating assets and asset portfolios of solar systems and energy storage solutions which include scheduling periodic and reactive inspections, liaising with clients to organizing site access and resolving technical concerns, ensuring revenue generation, working with subcontractors.

What you'll be doing:
- Coordinating installation of assets from the project team post commissioning, including ongoing operations for the entire contract and warranty life.- Communicating with stakeholders such as clients, landlord, facility managers to assist with organising site access, fault findings, contract renewals, invoicing, performance reporting and any ad hoc requests.- Overseeing subcontractors onboarding process including keeping up to date documentation such as insurances and licenses, site inductions, service calls and annual inspections scheduling, checking of documentation collected on site, raising purchase orders and reconciliation of invoices.- Coordinating the full warranty claim process with suppliers including replacement of gear on site and claiming labour refund fees.- Invoicing clients for investigations, service calls and any other specific works that the client requests to be completed on site.

What you'll bring:
- Experience in an administration role, preferably within the renewable energy industry.- Strong communication and customer service skills, coupled with high attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.- Immediate or advanced experience using Microsoft Office and Oracle NetSuite is preferred.- Demonstrated experience working with third-party contractors, not essential but will be highly regarded.- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn is a must as well as task focussed with a strong sense of timeliness.
