Design and Installation Opportunities

As a skilled Industrial Designer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality designs that meet the needs of our clients. Your expertise in ergonomic factors, marketing considerations, and manufacturability will be essential in developing innovative products that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate design concepts for industrial, commercial, and consumer products
  • Prepare designs, sketches, diagrams, illustrations, plans, samples, and models to communicate design concepts to manufacturing teams
  • Negotiate design solutions with clients, management, sales, and manufacturing staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or 5 years of work experience as an Industrial Designer
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Hands-on attitude and willingness to learn new skills

Additionally, we require a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Stone Installer, with expertise in working with natural and artificial stone, polishing stone, reading plans and specifications, and leading a team of workers.

The successful applicant will have a strong commitment to health and safety and the ability to secure a White Card. They must also be able to lead a team of workers and take charge during peak seasons.

Benefits include professional development assistance, salary packaging, and a competitive salary range from $72,000 to $80,000 depending on experience.

Work Schedule:

  • 10-hour shifts or 8-hour shifts

Location: Hybrid remote in Lonsdale, SA 5160. We are open to applications from Australia (preferred). The expected start date is 13/01/2025.
