Workforce Planning Analyst

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Workforce Planning Analyst. As a key member of our Strategy and Risk (S&R) team, you'll play a vital role in providing leadership and governance on the Chief Operations Office's strategic agenda.

The S&R team is responsible for ensuring the health of all programs in our portfolio, managing strategic workforce planning, and giving operational support to our customer-facing business counterparts.

Your primary objective will be to determine resourcing needs and short-term planning for Day-to-Day Workforce Management. You'll partner with Operational Teams to set Day-to-Day management and plan for Operations, operationalizing resource plans to meet customer demand and service obligations.

In this role, you'll continuously monitor call and message queues in real-time using workforce planning tools and contact centre technologies. Your expertise will help provide actionable insights and impact assessments to support workforce optimisation and enhance customer experience.

You'll schedule resources aligned with business KPIs, service levels, and training objectives, offering expert advice on scheduling matters and developing comprehensive performance planning materials.

An essential part of your job will be developing and maintaining accurate employee records using specialised workforce planning tools. To excel in this position, you'll require experience in a busy Contact Centre & Messaging environment, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, well-developed planning and organisational skills, great problem-solving and analytical ability, and proficiency in MS Office software with advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
