Technical Field Service Engineer Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Technical Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and services to our customers across the region.

Your primary focus will be on servicing and maintaining Life Sciences and Clinical Diagnostics instruments at customer sites, ensuring that all work orders are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. You will also be required to use ServiceMax for work order management and maintain a professional attitude towards tools and test equipment.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal relationships with customers. You must also be able to demonstrate initiative, good organization, and planning skills, as well as problem-solving ability and a results-driven approach.

Responsibilities
  • Provide preventive and maintenance services to customers
  • Install, service, and maintain Life Sciences and Clinical Diagnostics instruments
  • Ensure timely completion of work orders and high customer satisfaction
  • Utilize ServiceMax for work order management
  • Maintain professional standards for tools and test equipment
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electronic, Electrical, Biomedical, or Mechanical)
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Life Science, Clinical Diagnostics, or Biomedical service industry
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong interpersonal communication and customer relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated initiative, good organization, and planning skills
  • Strong team orientation and problem-solving ability
