Key Responsibilities

We are seeking experienced Mental Health Support Workers to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to participants with high complex needs and/or behaviours of concern.
  • Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with participants, families, and other stakeholders.
