Empowering Mental Health Professionals

We are seeking an empathetic and self-motivated professional to deliver outreach support across a designated region. In this role, you will empower individuals living with mental ill-health to achieve their recovery goals, build confidence, strengthen social connections, and live independently.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality outreach services, case-managed responses, and facilitate positive educational and social experiences.
- Plan and deliver group programs that aid people to build their skills and focus on recovery.
- Utilize strengths-based, recovery-oriented approaches to help individuals develop daily living skills, capacity, and resilience.
- Provide information and mentoring to individuals to establish connections with community, families, and carers, create networks, and access relevant services.
- Tertiary qualifications (minimum Certificate IV) in Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or other health-related field.
- Expertise in working with people with mental health issues, complex needs, and interacting with families and carers.
- Experience applying therapeutic approaches such as trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioural therapy, motivational interviewing, harm reduction, and family-inclusive practice.
- Ability to co-design, co-produce, and co-facilitate groups and educational programs.
