We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide mental health support to adults in their homes. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence and developing personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing mental health support and guidance to adults in their homes
  • Assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans tailored to individual needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in mental health or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Current resume and 2 professional referees
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain prior to commencement of employment
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC) (Employer) - if supporting U18
  • Current driver license and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Current First Aid (HLTAID011/HLTAID003) & CPR (HLTAID009/HLTAID001)
