Leadership Development Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and skilled leadership development expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering impactful learning experiences for leaders across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable, enterprise-wide leadership modules and experiences that harness the power of digital learning and emerging technologies.
  • Translate complex business and leadership challenges into targeted, high-impact development solutions.
  • Curate and co-create compelling content that resonates with leaders and drives measurable outcomes in real-world contexts.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to uncover needs and tailor learning approaches to diverse teams and environments.
  • Shape immersive learning journeys, leadership events, and peer-to-peer experiences that foster connection, growth, and insight.
  • Leverage feedback, data, and insights to continuously evolve and enhance the effectiveness and relevance of leadership programs.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in leadership development, organizational learning, or talent development, with a strong foundation in designing impactful learning solutions.
  • Proven experience partnering with leaders and stakeholders in dynamic, complex environments to deliver relevant and responsive development initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of leadership theory, adult development, and experience design, with the ability to translate insights into practical application.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and navigate diverse stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • A curious mindset with a keen interest in systems thinking, behavioral change, and how emerging learning technologies can transform learning and leadership practice.
